Are there tablets or something I can use for o2 for my fish while moving 1500 miles?

My husband and I are looking at relocating from MI to NM. I wouldn't be able to drive more than 8 or 9 hours a day, due to a disability. at that rate it would take 3 or 4 days to make the drive. I have about 15 fish that are 3 or 4 inches on avg. I am wondering if there is some sort of o2 tablet I could add to their water for air. Or would it create enough air if I packed a water plant in each container? If anyone has any tips I'd love to hear them.
