Is there an autistic people who can help me?

My friends brother is between those ages, and according to brain scans, had the mind of a two year old. He really liked to draw, and was very good at it too. He loved to draw dogs and horses! He also liked to ride horses... and play with my cats when he saw them. He of course annoyed his sisters, but thats what brothers do! Oh, and he LOVED babies!
