My brother is dying, do you know of a place to find answers for strange and extreme cases of kidney stones?

My brother has had 50+ surgery in 10 yrs, he doesn't communicate with me because I'm not of the religion he and my family are in. I just found out hes actually much worse than he'd let on...hes remaining healthy kidney is shutting down, he produces stones at such a rapid rate that what takes someone else to produce in 6 months he produces in 1-2months. I haven't seen or talked to him in years, but i still care and want to see him healthy and doing good...hes been in the mayo clinic, and tried numerous alternative medicines, diet, exercises, meditation, hes accepting finally that it could be emotional...both of my brothers and I went through horrific childhood experiences and he always denied anything had ever happened. Does anybody have any answers as to a place to turn that might be able to help him clear some of his emotional issues and wound understand how these create physical issues at the same time? I know, tall order here...but if you know of anything, it would help!
