Help catching my rat ?

I lost my rat two weeks ago she jumped out of my hands and has been missing since I searched and searched but no rat could be found. I gave her up as dead but I have just seen her and heard her pulled room apart but again gone completely my other rats are getting all excited so I think she is around. Any tips or ideas I have just put food and water down again for her but no other ideas have worked do far :(
