What does it mean to have Bipolar 2 with rapid cycling?

Hi guys. How are you today? I hope you are fine and well. I was recently diagnosed with Bipolar 2 with rapid cycling.I have had two hypomanic episodes and two depressive episodes in the space of 12 months. I am currently on the mood stabiliser Sodium Valproate.Does the diagnosis mean that i will have more episodes of hypomania and depression compared to Bipolar 2 without rapid cycling?Thanks for your time.Take care.
