How to get rid of flesh colored acne?!?!?

I've had moderate acne for a few years now, and what really irritates me the most are these flesh colored bumps(under the skin acne?). I use and exfoloating mask(Clear Pores), and they just haven't gone away so I try poping them with q-tips or the sides of my fingers....but they just reappear!!! I also tried looking up for an idea online to get rid of them and all I found was people trying to sell products, which I don't want to waste my money on. Sooo if anyone has a suggestion it would be much appreciated :)
