Making Spaetzle- Acorn flour help.?

Okay ive been making spaetzle for a while now and gotten pritty good at it, i really enjoy it. BUT WOULD LIKE TO EXPERIMENT SOME MORE DIFFERENT RECIPES WAYS A COOKING. Somewhere i herd you can use, Acorn flour before to make spaetzle i never tried it because i dont know where to buy acorn flour. today in the shop i saw it, Acorn flour so bought a small bit to try, this is all new to me. cant find that site where i saw the recipe b4 and gotta leave work now. So if anyone has any info on spaetzle made with acorn flour, any tips etc... would appriciated. heading home now and starving wanna cook it up. So any imput tips please feel free to leave a message.
