Blurred vision and rapid heart rate?

I have high blood pressure.When i walk outside for awhile i get rapid heart beats and blurred vision.I started taking lisinoril 20mg last month.Do you think the meds are doing it?Or do you think the meds aren't strong enough and my blood pressure gets high?Thanks for the help guys.
