Does my friend have schizophrenia?

Hearing voices is a sign of Schizophrenia. Schizophrenics gravitate to religions and such too. They use it to explain the voices. My sister-in-law had it. They have to keep on their meds. That is a real problem too. They just won't stay on them. It's like any disease you need to feel bad for them. But I can tell you from personal experience it's hard to care when they can switch from nice to Butthole in a second. I don't know how my brother kept from killing her. He should get a medal. They usually become know to the Police and Hospitals. My sister-in-law would accuse landlords of stealing stuff. Like Potatoes and silverware and cloths. There was always some conspiracy she was upset about. .
