Help! I need help losing 50 pounds. Any advice?

It's healthy to lose between 1-2 lbs. of fat a week. If you lost 2 lbs. every week, you could reach your goal in 6 months and a week--so by around the middle of December. My only advice is to not eat too little. Don't overeat--go under what you normally eat, of course--but eating too few calories can be disastrous for your metabolism. A lot of girls are tempted to do this, but it is really not healthy and in the long run, won't work. And, don't cut out any one food group--this doesn't work either. Drink a lot of water. Cut out the soda completely. Good luck, you can do this!
