Itch relief from mosquito bites?

I need some itch relief tips. Hydro-cortisone is not working and I wanna what does work so I don't waste my money at the pharmacy later. I have mosquito bites all over the place and am going insane with the itchiness. The hydro-cortisone cream I have is by Aveeno and is 1%... Needless to say it isn't doing much in the way of helping. So what does work and work well?
