Researchers conclude that the mind cannot be explained as the result of neurological activity. Do you agree?

The mind is clearly the emergent result of neurological activity of the brain.More specifically, of the cerebellum. The closest allegory is that of a computer display. This is what we "see" when we speak of the mind. Our brain, just like computer hardware, process input. Our software is our five senses and our database is our experience. The program that is processed, is what can loosely be called, our personality. The display itself, is our world view.
