Secret relationships?

I dont necessarily agree with secret relationship but sometimes there are cirstances which require 2 people to keep a relationship a secret for a short period or over a long period of time. From personal experiance i had to keep a relationship that i am in at the moment a secret in the begining mainky because my boyfriend lived an hour flight away from me and because he was of a different race. My family arent racist i was just young and niave and didnt know what ther reaction would be, but from that moment on i firmly believe that relationships should be in the open if a person makes you happy in a way that no other can then why keep it a secret the best thing i ever done was tell my family everything, and me and my boyfriend are still together to this day :) Hope this helps.
