Girls? How do you know it is coming ?

Well when I got my first period my stomach pained alot and I had alot of spotting but didn't know hat it was...once I peed blood leaked!n then i knew it was time..well I don't use tampons at all but if your comfortable with it..I suggest you take some with you until then wear panty liners!!good luck
