I keep dreaming of babies!?

Usually they're not my babies (one time ex. bathing the Bf's nephew). This is odd to me b/c I very rarely remember dreams at all, but throughout the week it's been babies babies babies! I am 23 and with my limited research it does not seem to be an omen of pregnancy but can someone shed some insight?
