My anxiety disorder is coming back; any tips for me to overcome it?

I've had an anxiety problem for about 5 months now, but in the last few weeks in seemed to be gone or very very mild. However, in the last day or two, it has come back every time I wake up. I saw my psychologist and he recommends that I just try to relax which has worked but I want other opinions on how to overcome it? Opinions please!
